Yin with Gong

A beautifully slow and soothing practice, consisting of floor-based, long-held, restorative postures. The body is supported by props, and the practice is accompanied throughout by the resonant vibrations of the gong.

Dynamic Flow Yoga

A creative sequence of postures, flowing seamlessly with the breath. An energising blend of challenge and playfulness which works the body, calms the mind, and leaves you feeling refreshed and invigorated.

Vinyasa, Yin and Gong

Also known as Yin Yang and Gong, this complete practice commences with a breathy, dynamic flow of standing and balancing postures, leading to floor-based, longer-held poses, supported by props. The floor sequence is accompanied by gong vibrations, creating a truly transformative experience which soothes and opens the body, while stilling and grounding the mind.
