Also known as Yin Yang and Gong, this complete practice commences with a breathy, dynamic flow of standing and balancing postures, leading to floor-based, longer-held poses, supported by props. The floor sequence is accompanied by gong vibrations, creating a truly transformative experience which soothes and opens the body, while stilling and grounding the mind.
