


Reformcore is based on traditional Reformer Pilates… but with more!
Reformcore uses the same principle of movement with control, breath and resistance. On a reformer bed for the whole session, you will use spring-based equipment for additional resistance, and hand-weights for extra challenge. You will work to your maximum in what will appear to be simple exercises, but in fact, the practice will isolate muscles you didn’t know you had, challenging target areas to an extreme you didn’t know you could achieve. You will be amazed at how much you accomplish in 50 minutes! Your body will sweat, your heart rate will increase, and you will experience a fantastic endorphin rush. You will build endurance, power, strength, and core fitness, as well as cultivating greater co-ordination and mental focus.
You will definitely feel the burn!
Suitable for everyone, however anyone pregnant is unfortunately unable to join, due to health and safety reasons. Reformcore BASE is great for those newer to Reformer Pilates, who still want to achieve a full body workout. There is more time to understand alignment and breath, ensuring you feel the burn in the right place! Reformcore BURN is faster-paced, dynamic, and more challenging, so is best suited to those who are experienced on a reformer machine, and a ready to feel the burn!
